REPORT OF PICNIC – STD VII & VIII
The most awaited day of the year are the class Picnics which are usually scheduled in the month of November. The picnic for STD VII and VIII was organized on the Monday 21 st of November to a picturesque River Paradise Resort near Nasrapur Phata.
The students were accompanied by class teachers and volunteers of Trek fit organization.
After boarding the buses, the trip to the place began at 8.00 a.m. On reaching the venue, the children were served hot and sumptuous breakfast of idli -sambhar and poha.
This was followed by fun and frolic in the form of an array of activities organized for the students who were divided in two groups by the team of volunteers for them to be engaged in the adventure activities along with a bullock cart ride, a magical show, musical chairs which were enthusiastically participated in by the students.
After a tiring and exhilarating morning, delicious lunch was served.
Lastly, the students danced with great energy to their favourite music. Before leaving the venue, juice was served to all of us.
The school buses started homeward journey at about 5 p.m. to reach by 6:45 p.m. the buses entered the school campus for the students to assemble in the Basketball court for a smooth dispersal.
The parents had already been waiting for their children who left for home with smiles on their faces indicating they had great fun.
