PUNE WARRIOR-SINGING COMPETITION
Music gives wings to the heart and takes it to the world of joy.
Music is the greatest communication in the world. Even if people don’t understand the language that you’re singing in, they still know good music when they hear it.. Pune Warrior’s eventful activities came to an end with the mesmerizing and mind- blowing Singing competition which was held on 21 January 2023 at Anna Bhau Sathe Hall. The well organised and well executed programme showed the tireless efforts put by all the team members of Pune Warriors. The entire programmes was divided into 2 slots ,one at 9
and the other at 2.30pm as there were 38 schools participating .
The entire hall was mesmerized with melodious voices and talented young minds. The event started with the inauguration which was indeed a new beginning breaking the tradition of lighting the lamp but watering the plant. The entire judges were introduced like Mr Abhishek, Ms Saee Tembhekar , Ms Chaitrali Chandorkar and the founder and lead mentor and also MP Ms Vandana Chavan herself. Mr R J Bandya the popular radio entertainer among the RJs at Pune radio has added spice to the programme.
The VPMS students prepared themselves for the competition and performed without feeling nervous. They performed with great courage and enthusiasm. Their innocent voices touched our hearts and left us speechless. The budding singers put up the amazing
show with their melodious voice and mesmerized the audience present in the hall. But it wouldn’t have been possible without the guidance and support of Ms. Smitha Thomas, who gave music and trained the entire choir. Not to forget the composer Ms Sheetal Upadya, who
very well penned down the lyrics keeping the evil treatment given to our mother Earth. The co-ordination and the patience of our teachers and parents, the hard work of our children and moreover the blessings of our Principal, Ms Mrinalini Bhosale. It was a great experience and
everybody had a great time
